Why do i have headaches everyday?!?

So last Friday i was on my way to sing at a wedding and a woman bumped into my car. My head flew forward but didn't hit anything. It wasn't very hard either, but it was still a quick throw. Ever since them i've been having constant headaches. Could i have a possible concussion? Or am i just overreacting?
