Im completely CONFUSED!?

ok,so im 13,and im planning on what to do with my life in the future.but the problem is,i am stuck between these professions.First of all,i want to be a football player,i am very good at football.on the other hand,i want to be a musician and either sing solo or be in a band! There is this other profession too, i dont particularly like this one,a doctor.i chose this one because i started thinking,what am i going to do when im in my late twentys,no chance of becoming a footballer, i've found out that nobody likes my voice,and i dont have a college degree.So i have another question,can i still play try to aspire to becoming a footballer and still go to college? so for example,say ive finished college and gotten a doctors degree,do i have to try to get a job straight away,or can i use my degree years later if my football dream doesnt work out? PLEASE HELP ME!
