Is this a hard song to play?

Can you please listen to arcturus' star crossed intro and tell me how hard is it to play for an experienced piano player, i mean it can be really hard for an amateur but can it be also hard for a professional musician? I'm asking this because my brother claims it's not that hard but i think some parts are really complicated and don't think that many people can play it flawlessly.
