Do i have a concussion?

yesterday i fell on my head playing soccer pretty hard i didn't become unconscious and i didn't have a head ache but today my head hurts when i walk down stairs or turn my head fast and at one point i felt like i was going to puke do i have a concussion and im scared to tell my parents because don't want to go to the doctors for nothing and having them pay for nothing
