A mild concussion will usually cause you to forgot events that occured at the time of the concussion. Unless you had suffered severe brain damage it is not likely that you would have retrograde amnesia (forgetting what happened prior to your concussion). If you did lose your memory of that particular intimate moment, I would hope that your friend would tell you the truth of everything that happened.
