Does it seem like I have a concussion?

Two days ago I was cleaning my room and my desk shook which caused a jewelery box to fall. The corner of it hit me right above my temple. I was going to go tell my mom and then I woke up on the ground. I have no clue how. Yesterday there was ringing in my ears. Right after it happened and right now I have a headache. One more thing is that I've had a very hard time sleeping. Does it seem like I have a concussion? I have no clue.
