Do I have a concussion?

Today I hit my head on a wooden beam in my attic. I just casually walked into it without noticing it. I fell to my hands but didn't lose consciousness. It hurt really bad though and now my head hurts a little (like 8 hours later). I've had a little trouble remembering short term things throughout the day. I'm not sure if I have a concussion or if it's just anxiety. Ive been worrying about it all day. My parents said they've walked into the beam b4 and they were fine. Please help.
