My 3rd fighting offence in 3 years is an ABH Charge what am i looking at in court ? ?

a man walks over too me and my mate drunk and starts touching my shoulder nudging me and generaly wants a fight soo we are both drunk and hes really drunk soo we tell him F*** off more or less and hes tryna start soo i punched him and my mates wrestled to the floor with him hitting him and then we have stamped on his head a couple of times it went abit too far but his injurys was apparently just a small concussion mayby a few cuts aswell. soo we denie it all in the police station yet they say theres cctv of it all but wont show us the camera footage. bearing in mind its dark and a few people around us who were witness for the guy . well anyway eventually we are charged with ABH and now have court. crown or majistarte i dont know ? what doo you think theyd give me if i plee guilty ? and its my 3rd offence ? 2 other previous (ABH and section 4 public disorder). and im not proud of anything thats happend im gutted . anyones advice would help thanks.
