At the age of 16, what steps do I need to take to make it as a professional classical musician?

Look up the Heisman Hopefuls, It's a band that lives next door to me and they may be able to help you get started. The band is on a tour right now and they are very successful. They come from a super small town. Hope this helps and good luck! :D
