Would these fish work in a 40 gallon aquarium?

Ok, so before you add all new fish, you should move the barbs from the 14 to the 40 then start from there (Then your 14 gallon tank wont be so over-stocked) if you still have the fish. To be sure, I would only do about 5 or 6 of each species- and even it out.
