How to make your nose smaller?

Im only 13 so theres not much i can do...i have a hump/ bump thing on my nose because i think i broke it when i got my concussion. It makes me really self concious and i just think im so ugly and guys cant like me because of my nose. I want someone to shave the bump o but i dont know if its alloud at my age. So is there anyway i can make it smaller? With makeup or something? Thanks
